When it comes to eating, fruits and vegetables and seafood are a dieter's best friend.
You could literally eat a plate basket full of fruits and vegetables and not put a dent in your diet.
Can't say that for a candy bar.
Not only are these diet foods low in fat and calories, many have additional life saving benefits, too.

Apricots
Apricots contain Beta-carotene which helps to

You can eat them

Mango

This antioxidant will help prevent arthritis and also

Cantaloupe
Cantaloupes contain 117 GG of vitamin C, which is
almost twice the recommended dose.
Half a melon contains 853 MG of potassium, which is nearly twice as much as a banana, which helps to lower
