Burn the Fat! Easy ways to rev up your metabolism so you can lose weight

If you're like most dieters you begin each  diet with renewed enthusiasm and zeal, only to fall short of your  weight loss goal within a few short weeks.


And, while you may swear that you faithfully stuck to the meal plan and never cheated once, your lack of weight loss success may have more to do with a slow metabolism, or your body's unwillingness to burn fat, than any dietary indiscretion.


If you frequently go on crash diets, consisting of few nutrititious calories, or participate in yo-yo dieting (rapid weight loss followed by rapid weight gain once you begin eating normally) you'll find that it gets harder and harder to lose weight.


A slow metabolism may make it almost impossible to lose the weight you really need.


Here are a few quick weight loss tips that will help you speed up your metabolism so that you burn more calories and lose weight.


Eat a small meal every two to three hours (four to six small meals daily) This will help you rev up your metabolism and turn your body into a fat burning machine.


Be sure to limit access to foods that are fried, or sweet, and add fruits and vegetables that will nourish your body with vitamins that it needs to lose weight.

Adding protein to each smaller meal will curb your appetite for carbs, as well.
