5 Steps to younger, more beautiful skin

Natural beauty has no age limit and is not simply  reserved for celebrities who can afford it!

It's the little things you do daily that can keep your skin looking young year after year, long past your 40's.

Try these free tips for skin care beauty and soon you'll be seeing a clearer, more beautiful complexion.

1.) Want to stop pimples in their tracks?  Then stop them from forming in the first place.

Discard old face foundation and make up that will clog pores from harmful bacteria build up.

Using out of date cosmetics can lead to clogged pores, pimples, even skin infections.

General rule of thumb: Wash applicator sponges and brushes after each use, and allow to dry before reusing. Better yet, use disposable applicators.

Toss out foundation and mascara after 3-6 months.

And, cleanse your face nightly before going to bed to remove all traces of pore clogging cosmetics.

2.) Never pop a pimple.

Apply a gentle black head or pimple drying solution, and allow the skin irritation to clear naturally.

Cleanse your face daily and exfoliate at least once a week to keep pores clear of any future build up.

Pimple popping can lead to more serious infection and even scarring.

Speak to your dermatologist if skin eruptions persist as it may be a sign of a more serious condition, i.e. adult acne that requires prescription treatment.

3.)  Skin changes as we age, becoming more fragile, and dry, unable to renew itself naturally as well as it once did.

Consequently skin begins to look gray, drab and lifeless.

It's unrealistic to think that the same face care products you used as a teen will be sufficient for your 40's.

You can help speed up the cell renewal process and renew your skin's glow by selecting skin care products enriched with alpha hydroxy, Retinols, Pychnogenol, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and ceramides.

Collagen enhanced skin creams also offer a super luxurious moisterizing experience for dry skin.

While pore tightening masks may help alleviate the appearance of large pores.

4.)They say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. More than ever, that sage advice applies to skin care as well.

It's much easier to prevent wrinkles than to get rid of them.

Recent have indicated that nearly 100% of wrinkles can be attributed  to exposure from the sun.

That means, that potentially, wrinkles are preventable!

To protect your delicate skin's future, apply sunscreen liberally everytime you go out, even if it's just going to be for a few minutes.

Take a few moments daily to cherish your skin and you'll turn what could have been the "inevitable" into the enviable!
